The ‘Love Is Blind’ star, who got engaged in November 2020, announced the arrival of his second son on Instagram on Thursday, February 3. He was originally supposed to be born in March.
Mark posted a video from the hospital saying: “We gave birth to our new boy so we – or he – is going to NICU now because he’s a premature baby. We will keep everyone updated.”
He added of his bride-to-be, “She did great.”
On her Instagram Story, Aubrey celebrated the birth of her second little one and gave an update on his health. She wrote: “The little boy is here! “We are thrilled that Ace is growing up with a sibling of such a similar age and we look forward to continuing our family growth and meeting our next baby Cuevas in March 2022,” the couple told PEOPLE.
Rainey, who is from Ohio and now lives in Atlanta with Cuevas, was “sick for a couple of weeks” before taking a pregnancy test.
“We had a gut feeling she might be pregnant, so we took a pregnancy test and the first one we took was positive!” the couple say.
The couple will do a gender reveal next month.

Cuevas officially became a father with the birth of his son Ace on April 24th.
“We chose this name because of the uniqueness and the meaning behind the name, which is of Latin origin and stands for unity and bringing everyone together,” they told PEOPLE at the time.
“Tears of joy and excitement that our little boy has turned out healthy and happy. Let the sleepless nights begin!” Cuevas added.
