Last Man Down (2021)
I thought the opening scenes were pretty good and I was hoping they would build a pretty decent thriller…
Unfortunately they didn’t, after that it just went downhill, it really doesn’t work on any level. I think the author may have expressed his ideas about the Covid pandemic through this film and presented a slightly more somber point of view. The story really doesn’t seem to make any sense.
The almost sympathetic music collides irritatingly with Daniel Stisen’s gruff voice, that’s really not possible.
Positives…they’re few and far between, if you like guys with great bodies then you’ll enjoy the many shots of Daniel Stisen’s impressive physique, which at times seemed to be the only focus, it gets a little tiring after a while. Some good action scenes I think.
Unfortunately not worth your time, 4/10.
