Very interesting video. I have had an agency for a while but I have found it difficult to scale my agency because it takes a lot of time to train people to do amazing work for our clients.

I am an Indian and am going to start an agency this year, but I am lost because I don’t know how will I get my clients and probably since India is a different market place I don’t think clients will pay even 500 dollars to a startup like us. So should I think out about international clients?
