One of TikTok’s most popular cops has mysteriously disappeared from social media. And fans and critics alike are wondering why.
Police officer Charlie Kingery is as close to being a police influencer as it gets. As a reserve officer and SWAT team member for the Lawrence Police Department, Kingery first entered the entertainment spotlight through A&E’s Live PD. The show, which spotlighted daily traffic stops and law enforcement emergency calls, was canceled shortly after the 2020 killing of George Floyd. But prior to her cancellation, Kingery was one of the show’s many cops shadowed by the A&E crew.
Kingery thoroughly enjoyed working with the show, and clips of him dancing in uniform garnered him enough popularity with viewers to convince him to start a TikTok page in February 2020. Officer Kingery continued to branch out beyond TikTok. He opened a pro-police clothing and merchandise line, Thin Line Apparel, referring to the “thin blue line” that police officers claim they represent in society. He also turned to comedy over time, touring with the conservative-leaning, law-enforcement-run group Content Violation.
The allegations of sexual assault against Kingery
On Wednesday, November 3, Content Violation canceled its shows in Cleveland and Dayton, Ohio, claiming “extenuating circumstances.” The following day, Officer Kingery’s TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter became inaccessible. It remains unclear if Content Violation canceled its shows over the allegations against Kingery, although it’s highly likely that Kingery shut down his account amid the allegations.
Kingery pulled his account shortly after Jessi “Flawless Lawless,” a conservative influencer and stylist, shared a TikTok video. In the video, Flawless Lawless accused an unnamed police officer of sexually harassing and assaulting her, claiming that she “knows it happens to other people” and “encourages others to come forward.”
When a commenter asked Flawless Lawless to clarify whether the video was about Content Violation’s Officer Eudy, Officer Scales, or Officer Kingery, she replied, “It’s not Eudy and it’s not Scales.”
Then, in a follow-up video Thursday, Flawless Lawless pointed out that Kingery accidentally deleted his TikTok account shortly after her own video.
Flawless Lawless isn’t the only woman in TikTok’s conservative sphere to accuse Kingery of assault. TikTok influencer @theconservativebarbie shared two anonymous accounts alleging Kingery sexually harassed and assaulted her at shows. We Got This Covered also watched another video by a conservative influencer who claimed Kingery had sexually harassed her and had a history of assaulting women at his shows. This video was later removed from the poster.
While Kingery later pulled his account, he first took to TikTok to address the allegations against him. In it, Officer Kingery claims TikTok has “changed” and brought “negativity and drama” into his life. He flatly denied the allegations of assault and harassment, claiming he “has never sexually assaulted anyone in my entire life and it pains me to even say it.”
“I know who I am, those who know me know who I am,” he said, according to a mirror of the original video.
Although no charges have been filed against Kingery, this is not the first time the police officer has been accused of violence. Ahead of his appearance on Live PD, the police officer was arrested and officially charged with assault after he got into a physical altercation with a bystander who was trying to break up an argument between Kingery and his wife. The “Content Violation” tour was scheduled as musical star guest Cori. There was also an arrangement for a “limited meet and greet” where fans could chat face-to-face with their favorite stars.
The November 12 event was to be followed the next day by the West Chicago Content Violation Tour.
The TikTok group had another event planned for November 18th in Concord, California. All three events are currently cancelled.

Sexual assault allegations against TikTok’s Officer Kingery have surfaced in the past few days. The creator, who had over two million followers on the platform, went offline after TikTok user “flawlesslawless” posted a video accusing an unnamed person of making inappropriate remarks towards her.
